As President of the National Association of Fugitive Recovery Agents, Chuck Jordan presides over the association and its international division, the International Bounty Hunter Union.
He previously worked as a contract bail bond fugitive recovery agent for Surety Administrators Inc a subsidiary of Harco Insurance Services Inc. Chuck has also worked in numerous public sector roles, first serving as a corrections officer at the Erie County (Pennsylvania) Prison, then as a state constable for the Pennsylvania 30th judicial district. After moving to New Zealand Chuck worked for the New Zealand government as an agent with the Inland Revenue Department, then in an operational role at Te Puna Wai o Tuhinapo, a secure youth justice facility before being transferred to the Ministry of Social Development – National Office to work as an investigator.
After returning to the United States, Chuck founded Executive Risk Management, LLC where he currently serves as the managing director. Additionally, Chuck is an avid entrepreneur and he has owned and invested in several businesses, including a process service and investigations firm, a car dealership and a transportation logistics company.
Under his leadership, the association has significantly increased its public relations efforts, substantially grown its membership base and expanded from a national to an international trade organization. As part of his leadership responsibilities Chuck serves as the association’s liaison for the media, lawmakers, the U.S. State Department’s Rewards for Justice Program, agencies of the United Nations and foreign governments.
Chuck is a frequent guest expert on many media outlets including Banfield, BBC Newsday , Fox News - The Real Story with Gretchen Carlson and many other media outlets. He has also served as an instructor in fugitive investigations, interview and interrogation techniques, defensive tactics and mechanics of arrest. He has worked and volunteered in the non-profit sector as support staff and life skills teacher for runaway homeless youth, and he has served as a volunteer firefighter with the New Zealand Fire Service – Rolleston Brigade.
