Chuck Jordan is the President of the National Association of Fugitive Recovery Agents, where he also oversees the association’s international division, the International Bounty Hunter Union.
His professional background spans both the private and public sectors. In the United States, he began his career as a corrections officer with the Erie County (Pennsylvania) Prison before serving as a Pennsylvania State Constable in the 30th Judicial District. He later worked as a contract bail bond fugitive recovery agent for Surety Administrators, a subsidiary of Harco Insurance Services, Inc.
Following his relocation to New Zealand, Mr. Jordan served the New Zealand government in several capacities: as an agent with the Inland Revenue Department, in operations at Te Puna Wai o Tuhinapo (a secure youth justice facility), and later as an investigator with the Ministry of Social Development – National Office.
Upon returning to the United States, he founded Actionable Intelligence Group LLC, a private intelligence agency where he continues to serve as Chief Executive. An accomplished entrepreneur, he has also owned and invested in multiple businesses across various industries.
Under his leadership, the National Association of Fugitive Recovery Agents has significantly expanded its public profile, grown its membership base, and transitioned from a national to an international trade organization. In this capacity, Mr. Jordan serves as a liaison to the media, policymakers, the U.S. State Department’s Rewards for Justice Program, United Nations agencies, and foreign governments.
Mr. Jordan is a recognized subject-matter expert and has appeared as a commentator on outlets including NewsNation – Banfield, Fox News’ The Real Story with Gretchen Carlson, BBC Newsday, and others. He has also served as an instructor in fugitive investigations, interview and interrogation, defensive tactics, and mechanics of arrest.
His commitment to public service extends beyond his professional career. He has volunteered as a life-skills teacher and support staff for runaway and homeless youth, and he previously served as a firefighter with the New Zealand Fire Service – Rolleston Brigade.
