Professional Standards

NAFRA membership comes with a responsibility to adhere to the professional Code of Ethics prescribed by the association.

Professional standards is an important aspect of our Mission Statement and complaints concerning violation of our code of ethics are investigated.

Every member is expected to conduct themselves professionally and sanctions for violations range from verbal counsel or written warning to suspension or revocation of membership.

Complaints concerning NAFRA members can be submitted online using the form below.

In certain circumstances the details of your complaint may be shared with other agencies i.e. state regulatory and law enforcement.
