All members are issued a photo membership card and/or certificate of membership. Beginning in March 2022 a QR code is embedded on these documents, and in May 2026 our member ID cards were updated with a new design and enhanced security features. When the QR Code is scanned it will link directly to the SkipNet Directory, simply click on the members state to verify their membership. Only members are listed in the SkipNet Directory, therefore an active SkipNet listing is considered verification of membership.

In some instances members may opt out of the SkipNet Directory for privacy or security reasons. The validity of their membership can be verified by submitting a request below.
